• Access all payment options in one place - view payments, configure or adjust a payment plan, and make card payments effortlessly.
• Stay informed about your bills - both current and past statements are just a tap away.
• Receive alerts promptly - stay updated on reported leaks or service disruptions in your area.
• Scan new meter readings seamlessly - utilize your phone’s torch and camera to read your meter, update account details, and opt for auto-generated billing if desired.
• Choose your preferred language - the app supports English, Polish, Lithuanian, Romanian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, and Bengali. Select your language preference during the initial login or adjust it later in your profile settings.

Prior to getting started:

• Existing customers registered with MyAccount can utilize the same login credentials. New users can effortlessly register directly within the Anglian Water App.
